Anastasios Papazoglou Chalikias graduated from the Department of IT & Telecommunications at the Technological Institute of Serres, Greece, in 2011. He pursued a master’s degree in Digital Media – Computational Intelligence from the Informatics School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, which he successfully obtained in 2015. Presently, he serves as a Research Associate at the Multimedia Knowledge and Social Media Analytics Laboratory (MKLab), housed within the Information Technologies Institute (ITI) at the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH).
Within the dynamic realm of MKLab, Anastasios offers his expertise towards UX engineering, full-stack software development, design, and animation, contributing to various projects. Notably, he has actively participated in numerous EC-funded ICT initiatives such as Live+Gov, MAMEM, ENVISAGE, Digiart, CUTLER, VRExpo, eTryOn, and RESCHOOL among others. His scientific work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.
